Service Terms at a Glance

Engagement	Direct hire, contingency-based. No retainer and no upfront fees. If you do not hire a candidate we present, you owe nothing.
Fee	A percentage of the candidate's gross annual salary, confirmed in your written agreement.
Payment	The fee is due on the candidate's first day of work.
Guarantee	95-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is dismissed for performance reasons within 95 days of starting, we search for a replacement at no additional fee. The guarantee requires the placement fee to be paid in full.
Screening	Candidates are interviewed and screened for skills, experience and fit, and we check references. Full criminal background checks are not included.
Timeline	We typically present qualified candidates within two weeks of signing our one-page agreement.
Client feedback	We ask for timely feedback on submitted candidates so we can use resources efficiently and fill the role quickly.
Exclusivity	Non-exclusive. You are free to work with other recruiters or your own team.
Candidate attribution	Candidates we introduce remain attributed to Kinetik Hire for 12 months from the date of introduction. A hire of an introduced candidate within that window is subject to the placement fee.
Confidentiality	Client and candidate information is kept confidential and shared only as needed for the search.
